Provide a way to a attach VS2010 debugger
Likely due to running in a separate appdomain I cannot attach VS2010 to linqpad in order to debug my own code that linqpad calls.

I can attach a debugger to LINQPad just fine. In fact, I use it for debugging with Visual Studio all the time. What exactly is preventing you from attaching? What is the error message?
