EF Core for .NET Framework or .NET Standard is supported in LINQPad 5.
EF Core for .NET Core is now supported in LINQPad 6:

Currently, the only driver we can see that resembles this is EF 7. However, it does not work with EF Core/.NET Core App assemblies.
