Make a dark theme!

The new dark theme is a great first step! The trim is a bit disconcerting though. By that I mean things like:
The dropdowns for language and connection, the buttons, the title bar and the highlighted text in the connection window or selected query in the My Queries window. Hiding the scrollbars works a bit, but when they show it's a bit jarring.
Would love it if we could customize it or it borrowed VS's dark theme look. Overall though it's less blinding to stare at all day and I sincerely thank you for you including it in the current beta.

I've just deployed a new build with a number of refinements.
The main tabs and associated borders are now dark and the scrollbars in the TreeViews hide when the mouse isn't over the control.
The Windows title bar does look bright on Windows 10, but replacing this when maximized requires removing the default Windows border and this disables Aero snap (WindowKey+Left/Right/Up). If you know of a reliable workaround, let me know.

Thanks Joe, haven't worked on non-web apps for ages but remember the "fun" of fighting the Win32 API.

Steve: I plan to work on the non-client stuff soon; it's more work because I have to fight the Win32 API.

I like the move to a dark theme in 5.6.5.0 but it looks half done. Editor, trees and spaces internal to window frames are dark but title bar, window frames, tabs and scroll bars are still light so the app looks like a bit of a mish-mash and is harder on the eyes than the fully light theme.

From @JoeAlbahari:
Try the new beta:

Go to Edit | Preferences, first tab, and choose 'Dark Theme'.
Let me know how you get on.

Head on over to the LINQPad User Forum for a Dark Theme that might get you a little closer to nirvana.

The contrast between the dark editor and the light panes makes my eyes burn.

Would be great to have the whole Linqpad Dark Themed and not just the Editor :)

I use a Vibrant Ink theme in VS and it would be nice to have the ability to code in the same theme in LinqPad. The preferred feature would be to implement a way for users to import VS settings directly (font, colors, background, etc), but I'd settle for the ability to just set font colors myself.

Try changing the editor background to black and you get a dark theme. (I was amazed when it actually worked that way).
