Name resulting query dll from QueryName + unique DateTime

Currently: query_gppfcs.dll

Suggested: AwesomeStuff20180927164537.dll

Where AwesomeStuff is the name of the user .linq query.

    The assembly name should be: AwesomeStuff, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral
    Without the date and time part.
