Add previous C# versions in samples for "What's New in C# X"

In the Samples tab, add previous C# version samples. For example:
What's New in C# 7.3, 7.2, 7.1
What's New in C# 6.0
etc...

Many times, I reference your samples to help 'jog my memory' for syntax and when/where C# language features were introduced.

    The new ver of linqpad 8 does not have "what's new in C#" (from ver 2 to 7.x). The What's New is a quick reference and a time saver over reading MSDN pages. Kindly maintain what's new in c# for all the versions in history. It is just a small file, not a resource hog.
