Add database management features, like create/drop tables, columns

In order to drop SQL Management Studio completely, more sql management features are needed.

    This suggestion was made in 2010. Has any of the features been implemented? Specifically, I would like to remove a database from Linqpad, since it's connection dialog allows me to "create a new database". Appreciate any suggestions.
