As much as I would love for this to happen in LINQPad, I feel like it probably won't be a feature that gets added since LINQPad is for .NET languages.

I recently came across another project called RunJS (https://runjs.app) which does have similar features to LINQPad and is built specifically for JS/TS. Sadly it isn't free or open source, but I felt that $30 was a reasonable price. (I am in no way associated with this project)

this can bring LinqPad to the new level, but probably you would consider writing this as an extension to VS Code rather than for LinqPad...

This would be a wonderful addition to an already wonderful tool!
