Sometimes user needs to create a new query under specific folder which is already exist inside My Queries tab structure. The first idea (surely in my case) is to expand the tree until the needed sub-folder, and then right click on this folder and choose.. Create Query item. As you know, it's impossible. Of course, we have a work-group -- create a new query (Ctrl+N), press Save (Ctrl + S) and choose needed folder to save. But it takes more time + the time which unexperienced user spend trying to right-click the folder.
