  2. Support a "refresh driver" feature to avoid the need to unload/relaod during development of a new driver.

    You don't have to delete if you click "View more drivers" then "Browse" and load the new version of the .lpx, if the header file is the same in the .lpx then it will overwrite the existing version of the driver.
